If you’re the grandson of Lilly Pulitzer we’re going to keep our fingers crossed that you have an excellent eye for style and detail, an artistic flair and joi d vivre. Thankfully coming across an old quicky interview with Chris Leidy we were not disappointed. Chris is a photographer who lives and has his gallery in Palm Beach.
To See: His pick is the Gardens at the Society of The Four Arts, for a feeling of serenity and meditation. Going for yoga on the lake and the gallery exhibits, to afternoon lectures and concerts in the evenings. The summertime has great range of programs.
A Bite To Eat: Stop in at Nick and Johnnie’s, lunch or anytime, it’s next to his gallery, they have an awesome blue cheese burger with avocado and jalapenos. Owners Nick Coniglio and Kent Thurston are the epitome of the Palm Beach island lifestyle.
Better Coffee: Florida has a great coffee scene, so we think you should ditch out on Starbucks, Chris suggests Tulipan in West Palm Beach as a local coffee spot with Cuban Pastries.
Visit Chris’s Gallery: His Gallery is on Poinciana Way and filled with his original photographs. Check out his work from Fiji & Tahiti in particular.
